New To Diving?

We can help you with all the advice you will ever need on buying your own equipment.

Up until now you’ve probably used dive school or rented equipment which is fine but if you have been bitten by the scuba diving bug you’ll want your own gear.

Here at the Dive Shop we are more than happy to advise you what to buy and more importantly when to buy it depending on where and what you’re going to do when you go forward on your new adventure. We don’t stop with equipment advice. As a PADI 5 Star IDC (Instructor Development Centre) we provide training all the way to instructor level.

PADI Diver Training

Do you want to try scuba diving? Are you an experienced diver who wants to add to your skills? Are you seriously considering teaching diving as a career?

We are the only PADI 5 Star IDC (Instructor Development Centre) in Blackpool and as such can offer any PADI course from an exciting but simple Discover Scuba Diving if you want to “try before you buy” up to an intensive Instructor Development Course to prepare you to sit the PADI Instructor Examination which, once passed will allow you to teach scuba diving almost anywhere in the world.

Tech Courses

Here at the Dive Shop we specialise in Technical diving Courses.

The PADI tec- rec Courses we offer consist of the new PADI Tec 40 tec 45 and tec 50 courses.

We also offer a full range of Gas blender courses either Nitrox or full Trimix Blender.

With our full time Course Director on staff we also offer all the above as Instructor Courses for those who wish to teach the full range.
